Job Description:

In this sales and live cooking demonstration position, you will be face to face with our consumers, running our innovative ZWILLING in-store experiences at various venues in the metro and surrounding areas.  As an Event Sales and Roadshow Representative, you will actively engage the customer by sparking conversation, demonstrating the benefits of our products and how they work, listening to their needs and providing tailored product recommendations for their kitchens.

Job Duties:

  • Conduct exceptional salesmanship: engaging customers, listening to their needs, pitching appropriate products, overcoming objections, upselling, and closing the deal
  • Achieve consistent sales that meet or exceed monthly and annual sales objectives
  • Perform culinary demonstrations to entice potential customers
  • Memorize and deliver an impactful detailed pitch
  • Retain comprehensive product knowledge to share with the consumer
  • Set-up, maintain and break down each booth setup, while adhering to visual Standards per ZWILLING’s specifications
  • Manage inventory on a regular basis and communicating replenishment needs
  • Propose suggestions for improvement on the in-store experience
  • Participate in other special projects and administrative tasks when needed


  • Solid verbal and written skills
  • Ability to communicate regularly with the management team
  • Ability to use technology

Good Driving Record:

  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to travel via planes, trains and automobiles


  • A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in direct sales and customer service
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Ability to track on hand inventory
  • Proficient in Microsoft office and other internet applications
  • Access to fast internet connectivity
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more
  • Required to stand for extended periods of time
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be available to work nights and weekends
  • Overnight travel may be required
  • Ability to create business, drive sales and stand out
  • Ability to have fun and create relationships with store management


  • Chef or food service experience a plus
  • Love for all things cooking
